Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipment is generated from the warehouse. (Usually within 12 hours)
Size Exchange
- Accepted within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- ₹249/- charge applies (covers shipping and operational costs)

- Exchanged product delivered within 7–10 days post-verification of the return
Defective / Wrong Items
- Returns/replacements only for faulty or incorrect products
- All items inspected before processing — worn/used items will be rejected and sent back
